Become a Volunteer
SALT Leadership relies on volunteers for their expertise to accomplish its mission. We need volunteers with a background in:
Event planning
Fundraising
Administration
Communications
Some of our needs are monthly, and some are seasonal. If you have a couple of hours a month or a day here and there, and you’re willing to share your gifts with our underserved brothers and sisters around the world, we welcome your support.
Become a Prayer Partner
Will you consider praying for SALT on a weekly or monthly basis? Below is a list of our core prayer needs. The prayers of our brothers and sisters in Christ are crucial to the success and future of our ministry.
Pray for safety as SALT teachers travel and that their work draws many to deeper faith.
Pray for creativity and clarity as SALT leaders teach in new formats and assess students well.
Pray for guidance in planning SALT’s in-person and online classes and leadership training programs.
Pray for continued growth at the Spain Bible school as it trains young evangelists and church planters.
Common Questions
What qualifications do I need?
For teaching roles, a master's degree in theology or related field is preferred. Volunteer and prayer partner roles are open to all committed individuals.
How much time do I need to commit?
Commitments are flexible and can range from a few hours monthly to full-time involvement, depending on your role and availability.
Can I serve remotely?
Yes! Some of our roles offer remote opportunities, allowing you to serve from anywhere in the world. However, most of our teaching is face-to-face, so join us on a trip!
What support will I receive?
Each volunteer who works with us needs to raise their own financial support. However, we provide comprehensive training, ongoing support, and resources to ensure you're equipped for your role.
